About Us

Neal and Cheryl Salyards acquired the Jubilee Hilltop Ranch in early 2012 with the vision to begin a business that would involve family as well as encourage and promote sustainable agriculture to the community. Neal's extensive background in livestock nutrition and his wife Cheryl's detail-oriented organizational skills have created a solid foundation for the operation of the farm.

Neal Salyards, an independent livestock consultant, has been involved in agriculture since his high school days. Now, with nearly 20 years of experience, Neal's passion for sustainable farming and will to help others translates into a first-rate cut of meat for the customers of the Jubilee Hilltop Ranch.

Cheryl Salyards was born and raised in the countrysides of southern Pennsylvania. She owns a degree in accounting and has a number of years of experience working and managing operations in an administrative and office environment.
