Cooking Tip: "Low and Slow"
A great rule of thumb to follow to achieve premium results with our beef is the idea of “low and slow” cooking. For burgers and steak, a quick hot sear on the outside of the meat and then turn the heat down for the “low and slow” idea until your get a medium or medium rare -- depending on your preference -- tasty and succulent piece of meat.
